Cold calling limitations?
as pre eval/grad I inquired about cold calling techniques and when these strategies should be deployed… the answer from the first FA I talk to was regard the recent legislative changes make this no longer an option…
what is the rule / law on this… my understanding was certain policies and measures have to be in place that u don’t call someone on the list and other admin measures to insure you respect those requests not to be called on again.
Is there a Jones FA who can give me the skinny on this issue…
