Buying A shares for my niece

If I buy A shares in a 529 program for my niece will I still have to pay the sales charges since I'm a registered rep or will they let me buy at NAV?

Are you the owner of the 529Plan? If yes, then you should be able to buy in at NAV. You will have to include a letter explaining the setup with the application.
