Standard Bonus to Negotiate When Being Recruited

I’m currently being recruited to move to an RIA. What is standard negotiating to demand in moving my practice and book over? Current annual fees to the grid at $390,000 per year.

At an RIA pretty much everything goes. Most aren’t likely to be interested in giving you anything.
