I missed this before:

You agree not to use this forum to post any material which is vulgar, defamatory, inaccurate, harassing, hateful, threatening, invading of others privacy, sexually oriented, or violates any laws.

Violation of any laws?  - That would include cyberbullying (encouragement of suicide, abortion, exhibit desire to murder someone, too).  Please report abuse to the media and to the FBI for further investigation.

Looks like the member agreement is complete afterall.  It also doesn't specific you have to be a registered rep to post here, too.

Note:  Any derogatory comments will reflect that you disagree with the moderators' forum agreement.  I'm only the messenger and pointing out how you can't just slander, abuse, trash/bash another poster at your own whim no matter if you think you are protecting da "community" or not. 

I encourage anyone who wants to post under the pertinent categories to do so without fear. Thank you!

There really isn't a need to debate the member agreement - I didn't create it: am merely the messenger here (since I have been a victim of severe cyber bullying!)  If you want to debate the membership agreement, I suggest you take it up with the moderators.

As frustrated as you seem to be at being “bullyed,” many of us are just as frustrated at trying to read around the “clatter” that some folks post. Some people even post under multiple login names, continuously feeling that they must post on every topic. Sometimes, they even carry on conversations with themselves. It is as if they are attempting to take over this site or even monkey-wrench any actual helpful discussions. It is like they are cyber bullying everyone who wants to read this thread. These provocations should be reported, as well. One of the worst “crimes” appears to be people implying that they work in this business and provide advice to others who are seeking answers, when in fact, they are just an imposter/fake/irruptive troll. So sad…

As far as cyber bullies and abusive posters and pushy trolls go, I wonder what would be the result of counting up the single person (not single username) that has posted the most on this sight over the last three months.  Without a doubt and probably by double the amount, this eccentric (to put it nicely) and very needy Freedom/parachute/goforbroke had set records for the number posts she has made.  And she has set the record for the amount of times she has said that this is going to be her last post (we all wish, don't we).  I have heard stories of abused housewives that end up craving the abuse they recieve because it is the only attention they get and need it to function.  It seems that she only comes back and insights more vile action because she needs it to feel special.  What a sad story.

I love it!!  With all these threads and pages and pages and pages of posts -- I post once in all of that with my absolutely favorite saying, days ago, and now I'm an alias and a cyber-bully.  I do love it!!  And there's something sinister about the Saint Augustine quote I have in my signature????  I love it even more.  You made my day.
