Finding Advisers

We are a small firm looking to bring on one or two advisers. We're in one of weird situations where we have more prospects than we can handle and we need more people to get out there and close business for us. My question - where would you go if you were looking to attract one or two advisers, each with $10 million plus?

I guess I'm asking - where do advisers go to look for better opportunities? We are AUM & retainer based and need experienced people with books because there is no base.
