Anybody have experience with Matt Oechsli’s Performance Coaching? Good or bad?

The second we have a budget for this, we will be hiring him. Met with him personally for over an hour this past year and it was probably the best coaching we ever received.

ETJ what was it about their process that you liked, or that in your opinion sets them apart from other coaches/coaching firms? What is it you think you will get in value from them, that you can't provide yourself. PM me if you prefer.
