Wall Street Access Expands Fixed Income Division With Two New Leadership Positions

NEW YORK – June 25, 2008 -- Wall Street Access, an independent firm that provides clients with institutional brokerage, securities research, fixed income trading and wealth management services, today announced the addition of two new executive positions to its Fixed Income division to support its steadily growing business volume. Keith May, Vice President of Trading and Robert L. Miniutti, Vice President Fixed Income Sales. Both join from Jefferies & Company, Inc. and will report to Rich Lee, Managing Director, Fixed Income.

NEW YORK June 25, 2008 -- Wall Street Access, an independent firm that provides clients with institutional brokerage, securities research, fixed income trading and wealth management services, today announced the addition of two new executive positions to its Fixed Income division to support its steadily growing business volume. Keith May, Vice President of Trading and Robert L. Miniutti, Vice President Fixed Income Sales. Both join from Jefferies & Company, Inc. and will report to Rich Lee, Managing Director, Fixed Income.

At Jefferies & Company, May was the Senior Fixed Income Trader responsible for trading the short end. In his new position as Vice President of Trading, he will continue trading short term corporate bonds. Over the past 25 years, May has held senior executive positions with firms including FTN Financial Securities Corp., Spear, Leeds & Kellog, PHD Capital, GKN Securities Corp. and Amivest Capital Management. Mr. May holds the NASD licenses 6, 7, 55 and 63.

As Vice President Fixed Income Sales, Minutti will drive sales of U.S. Treasuries, U.S. Agencies and Corporate bonds. He has an extensive fixed income sales and trading background, most recently as Vice President of Fixed Income/Institutional Sales at Jefferies. Miniutti’s professional experience spans more than 15 years with premier financial services firms such as Mellon Investor Services, Gruntal & Company LLC, and Cowen and Company LLC. He holds the NASD license 7 and 63.
