Lauren Fitte

Lauren Fitte is an associate at Beckett, Tackett, & Jetel, PLLC, in Austin, Texas.  Ms. Fitte's practice focuses on the design, implementation, and administration of domestic and international estate and business plans for the firm’s clients.  As part of her practice, Ms. Fitte prepares a broad range of legal documents related to estate planning and taxation, including wills, disability documents, trusts, partnership and limited liability company agreements, corporate bylaws, and private foundation governing documents. Ms. Fitte plays an integral role in the firm’s practice by researching and analyzing the unique federal income, estate, and gift tax issues encountered by multi-jurisdictional clients. Ms. Fitte received her J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law, and graduated from Rice University with a B.A. in English.  She is also a certified mediator in the State of Texas.
